Beds can be lofted (using closet and desk), raised (you must provide risers), bunked, or just placed.
Fourth floor rooms, due to the different roof shape, aren't tall enough to loft both beds. Ladders are available for each high bed if needed.

Things to Bring, Pack, or Buy
This is an incomplete list, but here are some common items to consider having in your room.
You'll want to coordinate with your roommate, especially with bigger items, so you don't end up bringing two of everything.
There are plenty of stores in the South Bend area, including Target, Costco, and Walmart, if you'd rather buy stuff after move-in. Feel free to have items delivered to your room, but they must arrive after move-in or they won't be accepted.
