As one of Coyle Hall's signature and most beloved events, the Car Smash is a fun and casual way to raise money for St. Adalbert's. Every year, the Friday before a fall home game, Coyle Hall brings an old car out to Fieldhouse Mall. For a small donation, participants have the chance to smash the car with a hammer, and even bring home their own pieces as souvenirs. Not to mention, the opponents mascot is on the car, providing the perfect opportunity for fans to express their true feelings.
